The 2022 Government Work Report proposes to “strengthen the overall layout of digital China construction” and “develop smart cities and digital villages”. Digital countryside is both the strategic direction of rural revitalization and an important part of the construction of digital China.

In order to implement the Outline of Digital Rural Development Strategy of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council, and advocate the mobilization of social forces to support the construction of demonstration projects in national pilot areas of digital rural areas, the China Internet Development Foundation (CIDF) has launched the public welfare project for the construction of demonstration villages of the Digital Rural Convergence Initiative. The project will rely on Jerei's self-developed industrial Internet platform, Fulima Cloud, to build a new model for the integrated development of Cherry Valley's agriculture and tourism. The implementation of this project will promote the development of the whole industrial chain of Cherry Valley, realize the digitalization and intelligence of the production link, the circulation and transaction link, and the brand publicity and promotion link, and build a big data platform for the cherry industry, so as to promote the enhancement of the production efficiency, the value of the products and the brand popularity, strengthen the digital management of the industry, and enhance the attractiveness of the local tourism.
